Build me a clean, easy to browse site for bug bounty hunters that organizes practical guides for finding common web vulnerabilities. I want it to feel like a knowledge base where someone can quickly jump into topics like XSS, SQL injection, IDOR, SSRF, CSRF, OAuth, JWT, file upload, subdomain takeover, and the other common hunting areas.

The main goal is to make the guides simple to read, searchable, and grouped by category, with a homepage that explains what the project is and a table of contents that helps people find the right methodology fast. Each topic page should be able to hold step by step tips, real world notes, and references or links for further reading. Add a clear way for contributors to submit new guides too.
