Build me a campus event discovery app called Collexa for college students. I want students to be able to sign up and log in, browse upcoming campus events in one place, open full event details, register for events, and join or create teams when needed. There should also be an admin side where organizers can create and manage events, see registrations, and control what shows up.

Make it feel like a modern, fast, mobile friendly app with a clean UI, calendar view, and a smooth experience on phones. It should work as an installable PWA and keep working offline as much as possible.
