Build me a clean, privacy first sticky notes app called Ownlyst that runs entirely in the browser with no backend.

I want users to be able to create, edit, delete, and organize notes, then switch between a few simple ways to view them, like a grid, a board style layout, and a table view. Notes should be easy to search and filter, and I want color coding so people can quickly see priority or status. Add drag and drop for rearranging notes, a light and dark theme option, and a place for a simple profile with a username and emoji style avatar.

Please make it responsive so it works nicely on desktop and mobile, and keep the UI very clean and beginner friendly. Store everything locally so it still works offline after the first load.
