KazKozDev/auto-vertical-reframe ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Python command line tool that takes a horizontal video and turns it into a vertical 9 to 16 MP4 while keeping the main subject in frame. It should work locally, use ffmpeg for the final encode, and preserve the original audio. I want a few sensible presets for different kinds of clips, like talking head, sports, pets, cars, and movie scenes, so it can choose different framing behavior depending on the video. It should detect scenes, track people and other key objects, use face and pose cues when helpful, and smoothly pan and zoom instead of doing a cheap center crop.

Please include a simple verthor command, a macOS friendly launcher if that fits, and a debug mode that shows the crop box and tracked subjects over time. Use the current docs online if you need to, and make it easy to run from source or install with pip.
