Build me a Discord bot that helps servers share fresh job opportunities every day.

It should let each server set a few keywords like frontend, junior, remote, or design, and choose which channel the jobs get posted in. Then once a day it should fetch new job listings from outside sources, filter them by those keywords, and post a clean curated set of results automatically.

I also want simple slash commands so admins can manage the keywords and posting channel without messing with config files. Please make it reliable and able to handle the job fetching in the background so it does not slow down the bot. A small cache and queue would be great, along with basic cooldowns so guilds do not spam requests.

Use the existing TypeScript setup and make it easy to run locally with Docker. If you need to check the current docs for any Discord or backend libraries, go ahead and look them up online first.
