Build me a local first desktop app for managing multiple coding agents and normal shells side by side.

I want to be able to open a project, start different agent sessions in separate panes, split the screen however I like, and come back later to the same layout with everything still there. Each agent should run in a real terminal so the session feels persistent, not like a fake chat window. It should support common coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and also plain bash, zsh, PowerShell, or WSL.

Make it easy to organize projects and keep history for each session so I can resume work quickly. The app should feel like a workspace for juggling several agents at once, not just a terminal emulator. If you need to look up current docs online for any of the agent CLIs or desktop app setup details, go ahead.
