Build me a polished web app called InterviewPilot that helps students prepare for placements with an AI mock interview and readiness score.

I want users to be able to sign in, upload a resume in PDF or Word, and have the app pull out skills, projects, achievements, and profile links automatically. Then it should run a realistic mock interview that speaks and listens in English and a few Indian languages, with natural sounding voice questions and live speech transcription. The interview should feel like a real placement round, with stages for introductions, project deep dive, technical questions, coding discussion, and behavioral questions.

It should also give a clear readiness score from 0 to 100, plus a simple report showing strengths, weak spots, and the most important things to improve next. Add camera based proctoring that can notice when someone leaves the frame or switches tabs during the interview. Make the UI modern, responsive, and easy to use, and look up current docs online if you need to.
