Build me a complete World of Warcraft 1.12 addon for Azeroth Survivors that replaces the default HUD with a clean modern Dragonflight inspired interface.

I want one consistent UI that shows the run overview, minimap info, player and target frames, action bars, combat and healing meter, character stats, party and revive status, loot and run history, plus a settings window with search and easy language switching.
