Build me a clean patient health dashboard web app using the setup that is already in this repo. I want a sidebar with a list of patients and a main area that updates when I click on one. Show the selected patient’s profile details, a diagnosis history section, and a clear blood pressure chart covering the last six months.

Please make it feel like a real medical dashboard, modern, polished, and easy to use. It should work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile. If there is already data in the project, use that. If not, add believable mock patient data so the app still feels complete. I’d also like sensible loading, empty, and selected states so it does not feel broken while switching between patients.

Keep the code tidy and easy to run locally. Use the current project structure and styling approach already in the repo, and look up current docs online if you need to.
