KingKDot/FoxyJumpScare — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small Windows prank app called FoxyJumpScare. I want to run one script and have it launch a simple jump scare with a Foxy themed image or window and a sudden sound, then close cleanly.

Keep it fun and harmless. No hiding, no startup changes, no deleting files, no admin prompts, and make it easy to stop. Include a runner script so I can start it from PowerShell, and make the main project open in Visual Studio if needed.

If the image or sound assets are missing, use placeholders and make it obvious where I can replace them. Add a short README with simple instructions for how to run it, what it does, and how to stop it. Please organize the files neatly and handle errors like missing media without crashing.
