Build me a simple desktop app that lets me add watermarks to one image or a bunch of images at once.

I want to be able to type a text watermark, choose the font size, color, opacity, and place it in a few common spots like corners or center. I also want to add one or more logo images as watermarks and position them the same way. It should show a basic preview, let me save my watermark settings, and remember them in a config file. When I process images, the finished files should be written into an output folder called processed_images.
