Build me a simple Android app that checks the health and lifetime of a phone’s storage, especially eMMC and UFS.

It should work on rooted devices, start scanning automatically when opened, and show clear results about storage wear, possible issues, and any errors or defects it finds. I want it to feel straightforward and easy to understand, not like a technical tool.

Please make it support Android 12, and keep in mind that it may only work on some devices depending on the OEM kernel. If possible, include a clean interface with a basic home screen, scan status, and readable health details. It would also be nice if the app can support a few languages like English, Ukrainian, Indonesian, and Russian.
