Build me a polished prototype called RentalHub, a Google inspired car rental platform for customers and rental partners.

Customers should be able to land on a beautiful welcome screen, sign in with a Google style flow, search for cars by location, use filters, see promotions, open detailed car pages with specs and ratings, then go through a clear booking flow with a bank transfer verification step and an order summary. They should also have a personal hub that shows verification status and active or upcoming bookings.

Partners should have their own side of the app with a dashboard for fleet size, active bookings, and revenue trends, plus pages to manage vehicles, see availability and maintenance status, add a new vehicle with document upload and pricing suggestions, and accept or decline booking requests.

Use Vite, vanilla JavaScript, Tailwind, Material Design 3 styling, Work Sans, and Material Symbols. Mock the data where needed, make it responsive, and use simple hash based navigation so the whole demo feels complete.
