Build me a local first AI agent workspace app that runs on desktop and in the terminal, with the same tasks and state shared between both views.

I want it to help with coding, writing, design, research, and automation in one place, not just chat. It should let me open a local project, give it a goal, break work into a plan, run tasks, show diffs and progress, and keep a clear history so I can review what happened and continue later. Please make it feel like a real working space, with file access, terminal actions, approvals for risky steps, and a way to handle longer jobs in the background.

It should store data locally by default, but still let me connect my own model provider or API key, and work with different model services if needed.
