Build me Plexi, a personal AI study assistant for students. I want an app where a student can pick what they’re studying, like a semester and subject, browse their official study materials such as PDFs and slides, and then chat with an AI that answers only using those selected materials.

The app should feel clean, fast, and student friendly. There should be a materials area for reading notes and presentations, a chat area for asking things like “explain this topic”, “summarize this chapter”, or “make practice questions”, and a settings area where the user can paste their own AI API key. Support common AI providers like Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Mistral, and OpenRouter if possible.

Please make it work as a web app, and keep the structure ready for a separate worker or backend piece that handles searching the study material and generating grounded answers. Add a simple way to connect or index course materials later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
