Kxhor/Skill-swap ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a web app called Skill Swap where people can sign up, create a profile, list the skills they want to teach and learn, and find good matches with other users.

I want a polished dark themed interface with that soft glassy look, and it should feel good on both desktop and mobile. Users should be able to log in, browse other people, see a match score for how well they fit, send swap requests, accept or رفض maybe better just reject, complete the swap, and then chat in real time once a request is accepted. It should also let people schedule a session for a video call or meetup.

Please include an admin area for reviewing users and platform activity. Use a React frontend and a Flask backend with a PostgreSQL database, and wire up auth, messaging, and the main swap flow end to end. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
