Build me a small desktop app called MEW that helps manage Minecraft Bedrock texture packs.

I want it to let me upload a Java texture pack as a zip or rar, or paste a MediaFire link, then convert it into a Bedrock mcpack file on my computer. It should also support converting multiple packs from a folder link or an archive, and save each one as it goes so nothing gets lost if I stop halfway.

Please add a recolor tool too, where I can open an mcpack, browse the texture folders, click a texture, and adjust Hue, Saturation, and Brightness with simple sliders. I want a paint mode where I can click textures to apply the selected color, and an export button to save the edited pack.

Include settings for auto importing into the Minecraft resource packs folder, choosing an output folder, opening files after export, and changing the manifest description. Also add a dark and light theme that remembers my choice. Make it feel clean, simple, and easy to use.
