KyronLabs/kyron ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the Kyron social app in this repo, with a mobile first experience that also works on web. I want a feed that feels more like TikTok style discovery than a plain timeline, plus a creator profile, posting flow, and basic social actions like follow, like, comment, and share.

Please include the user owned identity part too, so accounts are portable and tied to a DID style identity instead of a locked in platform account. Add the privacy controls from public to private, and make it easy to switch who can see a post.

I also want the camera experience to be a standout part of the app, with an AR style camera screen and room for lenses or effects. If you need current docs or best practices for Flutter, Node, or AT Protocol, look them up online as you build.

Keep it polished enough to run locally, with a clean landing screen, working navigation, and a simple backend so the app feels real end to end.
