Build me a polished desktop app for League of Legends profile customization with a Hextech inspired look. It should connect to the local League client through the LCU API when the client is running, then show a live dashboard with the user’s summoner icon, level, Riot ID, and current status.

I want tabs for changing profile background to any champion skin, swapping profile icons from a big searchable gallery, editing bio and chat presence, picking profile challenge tokens visually, and mirroring a custom Solo Duo rank preview. Add a friend manager that can bulk remove friends while showing Riot IDs and progress.

Also include Last.fm support so the user can sync their profile bio with what they’re listening to. Make the UI feel premium, with a collapsible sidebar and fast cached loading for images and metadata. It should be a real installable app with an auto updater and sensible safety checks. Use Tauri and React, and look up current docs online if needed.
