Build me a local reverse engineering lab that feels agent first and is easy to start, especially for someone who wants the AI to do most of the setup and routine work.

I want it to handle a few main kinds of tasks, web and API CTF style work, Android APK reversing, Windows PE and malware analysis, plus some crypto and protocol cracking. Give it a built in knowledge base the agent can look up by the kind of signal it sees, then have it route to the right workflow and tools automatically. Keep the workspace organized with clear places for samples, exports, notes, patches, scripts, projects, and final reports.

Please include beginner friendly first run checks, simple start scripts for Windows and Mac or Linux, health checks, smoke tests, and a way to create a new task by board.
