Build me a Windows desktop save editor for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

I want a simple tool where I can point it at my local or Steam save folders, including custom save paths, pick a save, and edit the practical stuff players care about. Let me change my money, player level and skills, discover cities, buy or upgrade garages, repair and refuel my truck, repair trailers, and create custom freight market jobs. It should also support basic cargo market edits.
