Build me a polished docs style website for this awesome systematic trading list.

I want it to feel like a clean public resource for people who are into quantitative trading, with a strong homepage, easy navigation, and the full curated list organized in a way that is simple to browse. Make the crypto focused section easy to find, keep the language friendly, and support both English and Chinese if that fits the existing content.
