LONGENUS/kickbacks.ai-longe — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a VS Code extension called Kickbacks that lets developers earn money while AI tools are thinking. When Claude Code or Codex shows those little spinner words, swap that space with a small tasteful sponsored line that can be clicked, and show the user’s earnings in the status bar with today, month, and lifetime totals.

I want sign in with Google, a secure stored token, impression and click tracking, and only count views if the ad was actually visible long enough. It should work across the supported Claude Code and Codex surfaces in VS Code, plus the Claude terminal surfaces where available, and if a version does not support it then nothing should break and it should just fall back gracefully.

Please include ad rotation, a server controlled off switch, safe telemetry, and tests that protect editor stability. The result should be something I can build, test, and package as an installable VS Code extension. Look up current extension docs online if you need to.
