LSPosed/MagiskOnWSALocal ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple local tool that lets me create a custom Windows Subsystem for Android package for Windows 11 with Magisk root and Google Play services already added. I want it to run on Linux or WSL, guide me through a few choices like WSA version, x64 or ARM64, which Magisk version to use, whether I want root or no root, and include MindTheGapps. After that it should generate an output folder I can copy to Windows and run to install it easily.
