Build me a browser extension that turns my bookmarks into a pretty visual dashboard instead of a boring list.

I want each saved page to show up like a card with a preview image, title, and useful details, and I want to be able to search through everything by title, URL, tags, and notes. Let me organize bookmarks with categories and tags, mark some as favorites, and switch between a grid view and a list view.

Make it feel nice right away, with a theme picker during setup and a few different looks to choose from, including a retro one and a cozy modern one. I also want to add notes to bookmarks and export or import those notes later. If a page does not have a saved preview, it should be able to grab one automatically when allowed, but keep that optional.
