Build me a simple React to do app that runs in the browser and saves everything in local storage so the list stays after refresh.

I want to be able to add new tasks, mark tasks as done, delete tasks, and switch between All, Active, and Done views. Please include a button to clear completed tasks too. Keep the interface clean and easy to use, with the main focus on a fast, straightforward task list.
