Build me a browser app that feels like a spy satellite cockpit, but uses real public data.

I want a photorealistic 3D globe that can show live aircraft, ships, satellites, earthquakes, traffic, and public cameras, with clear labels when something is simulated or delayed instead of live. Let me click any object on the globe to track it, see its details, and jump into a cockpit style view for aircraft. I also want a hands free voice control so I can ask it to find things, switch views, and reset back to the full Earth.

Make it feel cinematic, with sensor style visual modes like thermal, night vision, noir, and a tactical looking overlay. It should keep a trail on tracked targets, support shareable links for the current view, and show nearby contacts around whatever I’m looking at. If a live feed is unavailable, it should still show a modeled or estimated view and make that obvious.
