Build me a Windows cleanup and debloat tool in PowerShell for Windows 10 and 11. I want it to feel like a simple app, not a scary script, with a GUI that has buttons like Apply Tweaks, Undo Tweaks, Repair Windows, and some individual switches for common things like dark mode, Cortana, background apps, clipboard history, hibernate, old right click menu, location tracking, and taskbar news.

The main goal is to make a fresh Windows install feel lighter, more private, and less cluttered without breaking normal daily use. It should remove common built in bloat apps, reduce telemetry, tune services and scheduled tasks, apply privacy and performance registry tweaks, and optionally run an adware scan. Please create a restore point first, back up anything risky, and save clear logs somewhere easy to find.
