LeeSF03/codapac — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me Codapac as a complete hackathon demo web app. The README is very minimal and only links to a Google Drive documentation folder and a YouTube demo, so please open those and treat them as the source of truth for what the product is supposed to do.

Recreate the main user journey from the demo, with a clean landing page, the core interactive screens, working data saving where the demo needs it, and a polished responsive design that looks ready to present. Keep it simple and focused on the hackathon flow rather than adding extra features that aren’t shown.

Use the existing TypeScript project setup and wire up the frontend and backend pieces already in the repo. Add any missing setup notes so I can run it locally from a fresh clone, including environment variables if needed. If something in the docs or video is unclear, make the smallest reasonable choice and leave a short note about it.
