Build me a small MCP server that can analyze YouTube videos with Google Gemini. I want to pass in a normal YouTube link and get back either a summary or an answer to a question about the video, without downloading the video first.

It should support both quick and more detailed summaries, and include timestamps when possible. It also needs a way to ask specific questions about what was said in the video. Please handle common YouTube URL formats like regular watch links, short links, and shorts links.

Make it easy to run locally with a Gemini API key from the environment, and include the basic setup, build, and test flow. If anything about the current Gemini or MCP setup has changed, look up the latest docs online and use the current approach.
