Build me a simple display project that shows my home solar production and power consumption on two analogue style gauges.

I want it to work with an Enphase Envoy gateway, and I’d like it to support both ways of getting the data, either by reading it directly from the local Envoy using my username, password, and serial number, or by subscribing to the production and consumption values coming from Home Assistant over MQTT.

Please make it drive the gauges with PWM, since the meters only need a 3 volt range. I also want a basic setup file for the Wi Fi and login details, plus clear instructions for changing the gauge range so it matches the meters I’m using.

If it makes sense, include a version for a small Raspberry Pi style board and a version for a Pico W style microcontroller. A clean face graphic for the gauge overlay would be nice too, and you can look up current docs online if you need to.
