I want to build a collection of 'skills' to stop AI coding agents from generating boring, generic frontend "slop." The goal is to create a set of instructions that will force the AI to build modern, premium designs with proper animations, spacing, and visual quality.

It should include a main 'taste-skill' for overall design quality, and also a few specialized ones. For example, a 'soft-skill' for an expensive, clean UI with smooth spring animations and lots of whitespace, and a 'minimalist-skill' for clean interfaces like Notion or Linear. Please also add a utility skill that stops the AI from being lazy by leaving placeholder comments or unfinished code blocks. For the main skill, I want to be able to adjust things like design variance and motion intensity with simple settings at the top of the file. The output should be a set of portable instruction files that I can use in my projects.
