Build me a Hermes dashboard plugin called Soul Forge that lets me create and edit SOUL.MD persona files for my agent.

I want a simple tab in the dashboard where I can pick from a few ready made personality templates like a code helper, research helper, tutor, assistant, and a few more, or just describe the kind of agent I want in plain English and have it generate a full SOUL.MD for me. It should also let me paste an existing SOUL.MD so it can match that style, and give me a way to browse and save persona files I find online.

I want to be able to preview, tweak, and save the file directly to my Hermes profile so it gets picked up automatically the next time I start a session. Keep it clean and easy to use, and if you need to check the latest Hermes or dashboard docs online, do that.
