LgHS/Passport3 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a member portal for our hackerspace, called Passport3, where members can log in and manage everything about their account in one place.

I want a clean dashboard where people can update their profile, see membership status, subscriptions, payment issues, active sessions, MFA devices, emergency contacts, their access badge info, and their permissions or groups. It should also let them request GitHub organization access, see a member directory and phonebook, choose what info is visible to others, report incidents, and use a shared workshop task board with comments, status changes, filters, and drag and drop.

There also needs to be a restricted admin area for searching members, editing profiles on their behalf, managing onboarding invitations, viewing audit history, and handling membership related details. Use authentication and identity management with external services, and make the app feel like a polished single place for members. Look up current docs online if you need to, and build it in a way that is easy to run locally and in Docker.
