LibreSpark/LibreTV ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a password protected movie and live TV web app like LibreTV, with a clean homepage where people can search for shows and movies from multiple sources, compare results from different providers, and open one page to watch an episode or stream it. I want it to feel polished on desktop and mobile, with dark and light mode, fast loading, and a simple modern layout.

The player should support HLS playback, basic controls like speed, skip, keyboard shortcuts, and keep watching history and progress on the device so people can resume where they left off. Please also include a live TV section that can read M3U playlists, show channel groups, search channels, and play them in the same site.

Make it easy to run with Docker, and set it up so I can control access with one password from an environment variable. If you need to check any current docs or best practices for Next.js, look them up online first.
