Build me a Unity desktop tool for making and previewing maimai fan charts, similar to MajdataView and Edit. I want to load a song and a chart file, see the maimai playfield, preview the notes in sync with the music, and edit the chart without needing to hand write everything blindly.

Please make it friendly for chart creators. Include a settings menu where I can change the language, at least Chinese, Japanese, and English. Add clear error messages for common problems, like unsupported mp3 files, broken chart syntax, or missing assets. I also want a way to render or record the preview so creators can share videos of their charts.

Keep the app focused on Simai or Majdata style charting and viewing. It doesn’t need online accounts or anything fancy. Make it easy to open, test, adjust, save, and preview a chart. Look up current Unity docs online if you need to.
