Build me a small Python toolset that makes a normal BookStack install look much nicer without forking BookStack or maintaining a theme.

I want to be able to define colours for each book or shelf in a simple CSV, generate a block of custom HTML head content I can paste into BookStack, and have the site change accents to match the current book. It should also support optional banner, cover, and thumbnail images for pages, books, and shelves, using a second CSV plus a few helper scripts to render and upload the images through the BookStack API.

Please make it easy to run from the command line, with clear setup using a local env file, and include a couple of example HTML files for pages and a dashboard style homepage. If you need to check any current docs for BookStack or browser rendering, look them up online. Keep it simple and practical so I can customize my knowledge base without needing to edit BookStack itself.
