Please keep it practical and not overcomplicated. Use the Ho Chi Minh City commune data if it fits naturally for selecting or showing property locations. If maps or address lookup are already intended by the existing files, make a simple version of that work too.

Make the app run locally with the existing backend and frontend setup, and make sure there is a clear README explaining how to start it. Look up current docs online if you need to.
