LoopyLuci/freenet ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build out the freenet.org website from this repo so it feels polished and works end to end.

I want a clean public site with the main pages working, and the Ghost Keys create flow hooked up so people can generate a new key without it feeling technical. Please make sure the website, the Rust parts, and the API all work together the way this project expects, and keep the experience simple for a normal visitor.

If anything is unclear, check the current docs online and follow the existing project style. I’d like the site to build cleanly, the create page to work in the browser, and any command line or API pieces needed for Ghost Keys to be usable and easy to test.
