Build me an open source Trello style project management app called Kan that feels polished and ready to self host.

I want people to be able to create workspaces and boards, invite teammates, control who can view or edit boards, and manage cards in columns. Cards should support labels, comments, due dates, and a clear activity history so teams can see what changed.
