Build me a small demo page that shows a genie style animation on any element using SVG filters, CSS, and JavaScript.

I want to be able to click or trigger a simple element on the page and watch it stretch and warp like a genie effect instead of just disappearing. Make the demo feel polished and easy to try, with a couple of example elements I can interact with. Keep it all in the browser, with clean HTML, CSS, and JS.

If you need to, look up current browser quirks online, because I’d like it to work as well as possible in Safari too, since that seems to be the tricky part here. Keep the code simple enough that I can reuse the effect on other elements later. Add any small notes in the page or code comments that help explain how it works.
