Build me an offline first sari sari store POS web app for Filipino tindera and tindero, optimized for Android phone browser and easy to use in just a few taps.

I want a simple app where I can add paninda with name, presyo, puhunan, stock, and low stock warning, then sell items by tapping products, adjusting quantity, and choosing Cash or Utang. If it is Utang, let me enter the customer name and keep track of their balance and payment history. Show a dashboard with today’s sales, tubo, utang today, total utang, recent activity, and items that are almost out of stock. Also include a page for customers and utang details, where I can record partial or full payments safely.

Make it work fully offline and save data on the device, with a way to export a CSV backup. Keep the design very simple, mobile friendly, and in Filipino or easy Taglish. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online first.
