Build me a FiveM admin duty script in Lua that server staff can use to go on and off duty easily.

When an admin is on duty, they should be able to have a visible name tag, god mode, and the usual helpful admin duty options you would expect for moderating a server. Make it easy to turn features on or off from one big config file, so I can adapt it to my own server without digging through the whole code.

Please make it feel like a clean ready to install FiveM resource, with clear client and server logic, sensible default settings, and simple instructions for adding it to a server. I want the config to be beginner friendly, with comments explaining what each option does. If there are permissions or groups needed, set them up in a way that is easy to change.
