Build me a self hosted IT asset tracking app for a team.

I want a clean web app where we can manage hardware, software licences, consumables, accessories, and maybe components too. It should let admins add and edit assets, check them in and out, see full history and audit logs, upload files and photos, and generate QR codes that can be scanned to open an asset quickly. We also need user roles so people only see what they should, plus a simple personal view for employees to see their assigned items.

Please include login with single sign on support if possible, and basic multi factor security. I’d also like dashboards with useful stats, alerts for expiring warranties or licences, low stock warnings, and a simple ticket or request area for maintenance and approvals. Make it responsive so it works well on mobile, and make the UI feel modern and easy to use. If you need to, look up current docs online while building it.
