Build me a small TypeScript package that lets me search adult video and gif sites from one simple API. I want to be able to create a searcher with a query, pick a site like Pornhub, Redtube, Xvideos, Sex, YouPorn, or Motherless, and then call methods to get back lists of videos or gifs with useful fields like title, url, thumbnail, duration, or webm when available.

Please make it work in Node 18 plus, support both CommonJS and modern import style, and include good TypeScript types. I also want a simple way to change the current site, see what site is active, search a different query, and choose a page number. If a search has no results, throw a clear error message. Add a few examples and tests so it’s easy to use right away, and look up current docs online if you need to.
