Build me a Linux desktop app that works like a workspace terminal for coding agents. I want it to open multiple isolated shells in split panes, use Ghostty for the terminal experience, and let me create and manage git worktrees from inside the app so each task stays separate. It should feel native on GTK, with a sidebar or overlay, session restore, a command palette, settings, and a quake style mode for quick access.

Please also add a local Unix socket so other tools can control it, plus basic hooks for setup and teardown when a workspace starts or ends.
