Build me an Android picture picker library and demo app that lets users choose photos, videos, and audio from their device, or take a new photo with the camera.

I want it to feel polished and easy to use, with multi select, single select, cropping for one or more images, optional compression, and support for modern storage and camera permissions, including Android 13 and Android 11 behavior. Please make the picker work both from a full screen gallery and from inside a fragment, and return clear results so an app can handle selected media easily.

Also include a simple demo screen that shows the main flows, like picking from the album, opening the system gallery, launching the camera, and previewing results. If you need current Android API details, look them up online so the implementation is up to date.
