I want you to build out my home network and homelab automation repo so I can manage everything from one place with Ansible.

It should set up a Proxmox based home lab with TrueNAS storage, Docker services, and LXC containers, and include the common services I’m using like Traefik, AdGuard, CrowdSec, Tailscale, Home Assistant, and Matter or Thread related pieces. I also have ESPHome device configs in here, so make sure those are organized and usable too.

Please make the repo feel clean and practical, with a full Ansible run, the ability to target a single service, and a safe dry run option. If anything needs current best practice or up to date docs, look that up online. Keep the networking and service documentation easy to follow so I can understand how the pieces fit together and what is already implemented.
