Build me a simple web app that watches Twitch and Kick streamers for new clips, downloads them automatically, and turns them into short, polished videos ready to post.

I want it to transcribe the clip audio, burn the subtitles into the video in a clean TikTok style, and use AI to suggest a good title, description, and hashtags. It should keep track of streamers, clips, processing status, and logs in a dashboard so I can see what’s happening and reprocess or delete clips if needed.
