Build me a small toolset for my own Asterisk and FreePBX setup that can place a few test calls and merge them into a bridge conference. I want it to feel simple to use from the command line, with scripts that can generate the needed call files, start the calls, and then connect them into a conference room.

Please make it work for three modes, one with random US caller ID numbers, one with local caller ID numbers I can edit, and one where I can set a static caller ID manually. Keep the setup easy to follow, since I mainly want this for testing how my phone system handles multiple calls at once and for listening to merged calls live.

If anything in the repo is incomplete, clean it up and make the scripts and C++ helpers compile and run smoothly. Add clear notes for installing, configuring the bridge extension, and running each mode. If you need current Asterisk docs, look them up online.
